The Opportunity
Saalt is looking for an organized, curious, and hands-on Product Development Intern to join our team for Fall 2026.
A key focus of this internship will be supporting the organization of Saalt’s Product Development library, including product samples, materials, packaging, color standards, and lab dips. The intern will help ensure that samples and development records are clearly labeled, documented, and easy for the team to locate.
In addition to library organization, the intern will gain broad exposure to how consumer products move from concept through development and launch. They will support projects across product research, sampling, testing, packaging, and cross-functional coordination.

Previous internship, coursework, or project experience related to product development, merchandising, consumer research, packaging, or project coordination is helpful but not required.

The Product Development Intern will:
Academic credit may be available depending on your school’s requirements. Applicants are responsible for confirming eligibility and credit-hour requirements with their college or university. Academic credit is optional and does not replace compensation.
