Reports to the Director of Product Solutions
Focus Areas
The Product Solutions intern will support our Product Solutions team priorities and cross-functional projects, with an emphasis on process improvement and work that benefits the broader team. Potential assignments may include organizing and documenting product and vendor processes; analyzing information to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities; developing team resources, presentations, and communications; supporting project planning and tracking; and shadowing vendor and internal stakeholder discussions. Final projects will be selected based on 2027 priorities and will provide exposure to product strategy, vendor management, benefit administration, and cross-functional collaboration.
Education
Applicants should be Business Administration, Analytics, Operations, Health Care Management or related major.
