Programs Assistant Intern (Working Student)

As our Working student - Programs Assistant at SmartRecruiters, your mission will be to create a single source of truth for the existing SWAG process and be the project manager for the of our new SWAG project, working with multiple project stakeholders (internal and external) and various departments to coordinate our annual global swag launch, managing and maintaining information systems, providing support to team members without prior notice, and more :)!

We do not require prior experience, what is important is willingness!

What you’ll deliver: 

• We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to make sure that our PROGRAMS are organized, and procedures are easy to follow
• Maintaining our internal SWAG shop 
• Creating a new SWAG collection for 2022
• Act as the primary point of contact for our employees for any swag related questions
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors
• Manage inventory and order new items
• Managing the distribution of our swag items and benefit packages
• Taking care of some other assistance with new programs creation (welcome boxes, employee gifts, baby welcome gifts, anniversaries & equity rounds)

• *Be based in the Kraków area to work from our Office on a regular basis (twice a week on site in Kraków office plus remotely)
• Well organised and flexible
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment 
• Fluent in English
• Google Suite and Slack have no secrets for you
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadline
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task and follow priorities
• Be someone who is organised and structured, but creative at the same time
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proactive approach & can do attitude
• You are not afraid of testing new ideas/tools and are ready to challenge the expected
