Location: IN OFFICE (relocation not provided) - Wallick Communities Corporate Office (New Albany, OH) 
Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $20/hr.

What You’ll Do

  • General project management support and coordination
  • Meet with stakeholder groups to understand, document, and share project/process documentation, playbooks, and process mapping.
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and status updates
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
  • Help maintain project management tools, dashboards, and communication platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
  • Conduct research and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Requires enrollment in a BA or BS program in a related field of study (Project Management, Business, Information Technology, Communications).
  • Understanding of business analysis, project management, or a similar project-focused role.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
  • Able to use process management tools (Vizio, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
