The Summer PMO Intern will support execution of enterprise initiatives that advance Breeze Airways’ Desired outcomes and key strategic focus. This role provides hands-on exposure to how a growth-stage airline governs, tracks, and delivers cross-functional transformation initiatives. The intern is expected to contribute meaningfully to project delivery—not observe from the sidelines.

Here's what you'll do

By the end of the internship, you will:

• Understand and apply core PMO governance standards Independently manage assigned deliverables with minimal oversight Produce executive-ready reporting materials


• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving Exhibit ownership, urgency, and professionalism in a fast-moving environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ensure deliverables are updated and visible across stakeholders

  • Assist in preparing executive summaries and presentation materials

  • Perform data analysis to support business cases and project health assessments
  
  
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
