Quality Analytics Intern

Position Summary

The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking a part-time Quality Analytics Intern to join our Member Experience – Strategy & Operations team. The team provides strategic and operational support to help drive exceptional results for our 425+ member hotels worldwide.

In this role, you'll apply your analytical and critical-thinking skills to work that demonstrates the value of LHW, with a particular focus on our Quality program. You'll also contribute to evolving and refining how we work, helping the team operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

We're looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

This is a part-time internship (two days per week) based in New York City, running from mid-September through mid-December 2026. The position requires in-office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Quality Data Analytics: Assisting the Head of Quality with necessary quality analysis required to make key strategic decisions.


• Quality Resources: Work closely with the Head of Quality to improve current quality resources available to hotels


• Ad Hoc Support: Assisting the Quality team and the Member Success team with ad-hoc quality related matters.
  


• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members from around the world and across multiple departments.

Who You are:

• Currently pursuing a college degree or recently graduated, preferably with a concentration in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data using functions and tools such as XLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables, SUMIFS, and similar features.


• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to interact with General Managers and senior leaders at our member hotels.


• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and an interest in using data to generate insights.


• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and pride in the quality of work produced.


• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, contribute, and develop new skills.
