Are you ready? \n\nWhat you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Quality Engineering Intern is an integral part of the Power Reliability Division\u2019s Quality team, which is responsible for ensuring that our products and services consistently meet the quality and reliability expectations of our customers.\n\nWith five Eaton facilities and more than 1900 employees located in Wisconsin, Eaton\u2019s local footprint enables our employees with state-of-the-art laboratories and access to manufacturing that allows us to deliver robust solutions to our utility, commercial and industrial customers. \n\nIn this role you will:\n\n * Develop a centralized Quality reporting portal using Power BI (or similar tools), gaining hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard design.\n * Organize and update critical Quality process documentation and convert it into easy-to-use training modules, building knowledge in:\n * Management of Change\n * MRB management (Material Review Board)\n * Internal \u0026 external quality escalation protocols\n * 1-Pager updates\n * A3 problem\u2011solving tools\n * Production Hold processes\n * Validate Eaton and supplier specifications to ensure correct revisions and CTQs (Critical to Quality ) are in use, strengthening technical understanding, document control skills, and supplier quality awareness.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n * Actively enrolled in a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree program in Engineering at an accredited institution with a graduation date no earlier than December 2026. \n * Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.\n * Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
