Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports continuous improvement initiatives.


• Participates in review and trending of analyses based off historical data collection.


• Compiles vendor documents as needed for support of raw material initiatives.


• Participates in data collection for root cause analysis


• Provide back-up support for other site leadership, as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Physical Science or Engineering, or Food Science from a four-year college or university.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):

• Familiarity with standard concept, practices and procedures of cGMPs


• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.


• Strong creativity, innovation, customer focus, decision-making, technical, organizational/planning, and written communication skills.


• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications to include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

During the performance of duties, the employee generally works in an office environment where the noise level is moderate. However, in working with Manufacturing and other operating areas, the employee may be exposed to environments with loud noises, running equipment, dust, and other airborne particles.
