Real Estate Management & Investment Internship

Currently we are looking for an ambitious, energetic and professional Intern to join our Invest Lithuania team! 

Your Responsibilities 

• Contribute to one of the organisation’s key 2026 projects – the development of an interactive real estate (primarily land plots) database presenting opportunities for investment projects. 

• Manage communication with real estate asset owners. 

• Prepare real estate data for upload into the developing database. 

• Assist in testing the real estate database. 

• Prepare drafts of presentations, summaries and consultation materials related to the project implementation. 

• Provide day-to-day support for various project-related tasks. 

Requirements 

• Studies in a related field (e.g. real estate, urban planning, economics or a similar discipline). 

• Familiarity with real estate assets, their characteristics and key attributes. 

• Basic understanding of information systems and database principles. 

• Ability to work with data in a structured and systematic way. 

• Computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with other MS Office and general digital tools. 

• Willingness to learn, a proactive approach and strong attention to detail. 

• Fluency in English.
