Recruiting and Human Resources Intern

• Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, managing calendars and coordinating candidate communications
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data in JazzHR.
• Create visual aids for system training
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
• Create excel spreadsheets that support benefits and pay audit
• Benefits Reconciliation
• Employee Recognition Gifts
• Audit of Employee Files

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Prior exposure to JazzHR, Paychex, or other HR/ATS platforms is a major plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and coordinate complex scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Previous work experience in an office setting preferred. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$18.00 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience and education, geographic location, and current market trends.
