Job Description - Recruiting Intern

Join Baxter Aerospace and shape the future of firefighting with our Dragonfly autonomous aircraft, a groundbreaking vertical takeoff platform designed to clear the air—literally. Our mission is to combat wildfires with innovative, scalable technology, delivering real-time data and paving the way for autonomous water-dropping solutions that protect lives and landscapes. As a recruiting intern, you will work alongside the senior recruiter in finding qualified candidates that meet the requirements and fit our company culture.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

We are looking for top-tier team members to join our mission in advancing satellite communication equipment used for critical missions like aerial firefighting, camera data transmission from aircraft, and deployed team coordination.

DUTIES:

Complete phone screenings.

Review applicants resumes and qualifications.

Schedule initial interviews and second interviews.

Assist in drafting, editing, and posting job descriptions.

Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants regarding interview schedules, job status, and next steps.

Attend recruiting events and stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or a related field.

Highly organized and able to multitask.

High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Strong and clear communicator.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience working in campus recruitment or job fairs.

Recruiting experience in similar industries.

EXPECTED HOURS/SCHEDULE:

Full Time: Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM.
