Rehab Attendant - Summer Temporary

Highlights of your role:

The Rehab Attendant is responsible for assisting Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Personal Trainers and Intake coordinators with job tasks such as organizing, cleaning, and stocking. This job would also require the ability to answer the phone professionally and assisting gym members. Rehab Aide will have communication with gym member, patients, and Rehabilitation Services staff.  The Rehab Aide will also be responsible for assisting Certified Personal Trainers with the Power Sports Program.

Job Details:

Location: Roseau

Shift: Daytime 

Job Schedule: Monday- Friday, Summer Position Only

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Weekends: No

Holidays: No

Pay Range: $17.35-$22.56

*It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees.

What you’ll get to do in this role:

Rehab cleaning would include going through the checklist of cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms, and emptying garbage throughout the facility.

Stocking supplies and assisting with front desk coverage in Roseau.

Assist the intake coordinator with duties such as filing and faxing.

Answer the phone professionally and transfer to the appropriate staff member.

Assist Physical Therapists and Occupational therapists as needed with patients. Such duties may entail following therapist ambulating a patient with a wheelchair, assisting the therapist by handing supplies when asked, and cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms between patients.

Assisting Certified Personal Trainer with the Power Sports program. 

Follows organization wide policies and procedures in regard to—and alerts appropriate authorities of—malfunctioning/broken equipment.
