Job Brief:

Are you a university student in Malta studying Law, Business, Taxation or Finance, and looking for a high-impact, hands-on internship? This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a CEO in setting up international business entities — from investor relations and legal registration to operational launch.

This internship is designed for students who need to complete a compulsory academic internship as part of their degree. You'll collaborate remotely with a global team and gain exceptional insights into company structuring, international compliance, and startup operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up foreign subsidiaries, from planning to launch

• Help prepare documents for lawyers, tax advisors, and regulators

• Conduct legal and compliance research related to business formation

• Support the CEO in meetings with international corporate service providers

• Participate in remote coordination of operations, governance, and investor relations

Skills Required:

• Enrolled in a university in Malta (Law, Business, Finance, Taxation)

• The internship must be part of your official academic curriculum

• Strong written and spoken English skills

• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment

Legal Framework:

• This is an unpaid academic internship, in line with Maltese labor law
