Salary: £12.60 per hour

What we’re looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for two highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join NCUK as Application Support Interns – China.

These roles will manage and optimise our official WeChat account to enhance student engagement, ensuring student progression, signposting NCUK students to pertinent information/websites/contents and triaging complex cases to members of the NCUK progression team.

You will be responsible for building relationships with NCUK students and troubleshooting queries via WeChat. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WeChat functionality.

What do you need?

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

·       Experience in using WeChat accounts.

·       Strong knowledge of WeChat’s tools, features, and ecosystem.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.

·       Strong analytical skills and experience with WeChat analytics.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

·       Knowledge of NCUK student needs and applicant queries.

·       Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
