About All Pro NYC
All Pro NYC is a nurse-led healthcare staffing agency known for excellence, compassion, and results. We staff healthcare facilities, provide private duty care, and offer CPR/BLS/Dementia training across NYC, Long Island, and beyond. As we launch our “ALL PRO Elite” private duty team, we’re looking for a bold, business-minded intern to help us land new contracts and fuel our next chapter.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and research new business leads, especially healthcare partners in NYC/Long Island.
• Drive outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking to win new contracts.
• Attend and represent All Pro NYC at networking and community events (virtual & in-person).
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses and organizations to build partnerships.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
• Support the launch and growth of new private duty and training services.
• Brainstorm and test creative ways to monetize new/existing offerings.
• Track outreach and progress (Google Sheets, etc.) and provide feedback on what’s working.
• Help plan and support company events (occasional evenings/weekends).

Who You Are

• Based in NYC or nearby (strongly preferred for in-person networking).
• Energetic, polished, and a natural communicator—both in writing and face-to-face.
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, mostly remote environment.
• Creative thinker with a knack for research and finding new opportunities.
• Interested in healthcare, staffing, or business development (bonus points!).
• Hungry to learn, grow, and make a visible impact.

• Lunch/travel stipend: $50/week to cover meals and local travel for in-person outreach, starting after your first 60 days with us.
