Job Description - Founders Associate (Intern & Full-Time)



Your mission


Melotech is revolutionizing the way media assets are created and monetized using the power of technology. We are still in stealth, but our Founder is an experienced Entrepreneur and Investor. Our funding comes from leading VCs and Angels, including Cherry Ventures and SpeedInvest.


Be one of our very first commercial hires!

  • Essentially be an extension of the CEO

  • Have an outsized impact on shaping the company trajectory from day one

  • Manage the day-to-day operations, ranging from strategic product and sales projects to finance and hiring

  • Help translate strategy into execution. Guide the goal-setting process and drive key KPIs across the business cross-functionally





Your profile


  • Experience in fast-paced working environments via internships incl. but not limited to High-Growth Start-ups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • You are proactive and get things done

  • A passion for music and entertainment
