Role Overview

As a Growth Manager Intern, you will support the execution of business expansion strategies, drive hotel acquisitions, analyze performance data, and contribute to regional growth campaigns. This is a high-impact role suited for self-starters who are passionate about travel, startups, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new hotels and travel partners in targeted regions.
  

• Conduct market research to support strategic planning.
  

• Assist in growth campaigns, promotions, and partnership outreach.
  

• Track KPIs like new listings, app downloads, and booking volume.
  

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure partner success.
  

• Generate weekly reports on growth progress and suggest actionable insights.
  

• Represent MyTravaly in virtual/field meetings or events (as required).
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related fields.
  

• Strong interest in business development and the travel-tech industry.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a startup environment.
