About the Opportunity
IMHR Academy is a fast-evolving HR tech and talent enablement platform focused on reshaping human capital strategy for startups and mid-market firms across India. We blend digital HR tools with experiential learning to help organizations attract, retain, and scale talent through modern people practices. As a remote HR Intern, you’ll work directly with our product, hiring, and employee experience teams to drive scalable HR operations in a high-velocity environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking logs.


• Assist in rolling out onboarding programs by preparing welcome kits, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring new hires complete onboarding workflows.


• Document and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance checklists using internal knowledge management tools.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, track attendance, and support performance review cycles.


• Prepare HR dashboards, analyze recruitment metrics, and present insights using Excel or Google Sheets.


• Manage internal communications for employee engagement initiatives, including wellness campaigns, recognition programs, and culture pulses.
