This student internship is being offered as a part of EO's Ignite Internships program and is for high school students only.

This internship is offered in partnership with the Smyth County Public Schools and is open to SCPS students only.

Students will be employed by SCPS and all hiring decisions will be made by SCPS personnel. SCPS has provided the

following job description for this internship:

The Internship opportunity will provide technology support, learn, and apply basic networking functions on various

computer networks. Learn and perform basic Chromebook repairs and image computer labs.

· Chromebook repairs

· Enrolling Chrome books

· Image Computer Labs

· Recycle older computer equipment

· Upgrade computer labs with new hard drives and memory

· Replacing access switches and layer 3 routing switches at all sites in the county

· Basic networking applications
