As Intern Store Expansion you will support the Store Overhead Leadership Team - including Store Expansion, Area Management, and Store Design - in their daily operational activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deep insight into premium retail operations across multiple disciplines. If you are organised, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role will provide broad exposure to the business and valuable professional development. You will work closely with a highly talented, dynamic and diverse team in Munich and across Germany. The position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. The preferred start date is August 2025.
assist in preparing meetings, presentations, and project documentation for the Store Overhead leadership team
support with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks and follow up on action points
maintain dashboards and overviews related to Opex or other overhead KPIs
assist in research and benchmarking tasks to support strategic decisions
take ownership of smaller workstreams and projects (e.g. implementation of a Store Training Landscape)
support the planning and execution of new Store openings
help scan and research retail opportunities across Europe for new Store locations
a structured, organised, and proactive working style with a strong hands-on mentality
eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams and motivate others
basic analytical skills and an interest in retail, real estate, or project management, complemented by a strategic mindset and commercial awareness
detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management abilities
strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, focused on driving results
proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite
good command of both written and spoken German and English
currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant university program such as business, retail management, real estate, or a related field
