(International) Sales Executive

At JEX, you make an impact from day one at a fast-growing AI company. As a Remote Sales Agent, you work fully remotely on following up warm, AI-generated leads for our AI sales agent. You turn interest into qualified sales meetings. With real ownership, flexible hours and performance-based bonuses, this role is built for growth.

This is what you enjoy doing:

• Managing the sales inbox and following up warm, AI-generated inbound leads;

• Conducting commercial conversations with companies in Portugal, Spain, France and Germany;

• Presenting and selling AI-driven sales solutions to B2B clients across Europe;

• Identifying commercial opportunities and converting interest into concrete appointments;

• Delivering measurable results and being rewarded directly for your performance.
  

This is you:

• You combine a bachelor’s or master’s degree with 0 to 16 hours of hands-on work per week;

• You communicate fluently and convincingly in the language of your target market (Portugal, Spain, France and Germany);

• You ask the right questions, think commercially and stay resilient in sales conversations;

• You work in a structured way, keep overview and thrive in a fully remote setup;

• You are driven to grow — in skills, confidence and results.
