INTERNSHIP - Graphic & Motion Design - Summer 2025

ChatterBlast is seeking a rockstar Graphic & Motion Designer to help in the creation of groundbreaking multimedia content for both us and our ever-growing roster of clients. We want someone who thinks outside the box. Someone with wild ideas, who visualizes everything, and appreciates the art of meme culture.

You – our ideal candidate – have experience and a body of work in graphic design and light video editing. You can adapt the “go big or go home” mentality when it comes to the development of creative ideas. You like to have fun, learn new things, and offer your own views.

In this role, you will work side by side with our full-time multimedia designer. You will get incredible portfolio experience, great references, an amazing team of mentors, teachers and collaborators all in an incredibly fun and relaxed work environment. This is a monthly stipend position. Candidates must be located in the Philadelphia region as this role is hybrid and will require time onsite either in-office or supporting client events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in creating various design deliverables, including custom visual assets for social sites supporting visuals for creative content for all clients
• Create visual assets for internal needs such as reports, presentation decks, social content and seasonal campaigns
• Create designs, icons and layouts that adhere to and extend the company brand
• Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment
• Networking and assisting with outside partners and vendors, including branding agencies, public relations firms, graphic design teams, and web development organizations
• Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, comfortable following direction, and able to balance great design with meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

Knowledge of all of Creative Suite including but not limited to:

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• inDesign
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro

Additional Information:

• 15 hours per week remote work, access to your own laptop computer and appropriate software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc) with opportunities for in-office work in our hybrid work environment.
