Position Overview We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a cybersecurity-first environment while supporting both internal operations and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to internal staff and clients

• Assist with system configurations, hardware/software installations, and troubleshooting

• Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and deactivation

• Maintain and update IT asset inventory

• Document support procedures and maintain accurate logs of technical issues

• Assist with user access reviews and system security monitoring

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams on secure IT practices

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field

• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Passion for technology, cybersecurity, and continuous learning

• U.S. Veterans and military-affiliated individuals are strongly encouraged to apply
