Position: Home Care Agency Intern

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Duration: 3-6 months

Schedule: Flexible, part-time/full-time options available

What You'll Do:

Assist with client onboarding and support ongoing care plan management

Help coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients

Support outreach and community engagement efforts

Conduct research on best practices in home care and elderly support

Collaborate with our team on marketing and social media initiatives

Learn about the regulatory and compliance aspects of home health services

Provide administrative support as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or related fields

Genuine interest in elder care, disability support, or community health

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet research)

Compassionate and eager to learn about home health services
