What you’ll learn:

By joining our Marketing Automation Consulting team, you will contribute to the creation, optimization, and management of marketing programs, helping to maximize the impact and effectiveness of each project you support. You will support  in the creation, optimisation and management of marketing programs to improve the impact of each of the projects to which they are related. You will create campaigns in Marketo, one of the most widely used platforms in the industry, such as webinars or lead scoring for Kapturall clients, and you will carry out and host online webinar sessions with speakers from all over the world. 

Key Activities:

• We will train you to use Marketo, our marketing automation platform for clients.


• We will work on creating reports to measure results in the projects we are involved in (by the way, a secret... numbers talk!).


• We will automate and create many of the marketing processes that our clients have in place.


• Part of the journey involves carry out the execution of marketing campaigns to nurture the databases we work with.


• We will support client management through the email process: testing, design/development etc.


• We will teach you how to use Wordpress and other leading tools in layout, creation and development of landing pages.


• You will make the complete Office package your best friend.


• You will learn how to work with customer scoring.


• Together, we will implement marketing automation frameworks that enable precise tracking of lead sources across all client campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Training in careers related to Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, among others.


• Job experience not required.


• Spanish and English are essential. Portuguese, German and French will be a plus.


• Effectively communication skills regardless the audience.


• Multitasking, organised, goal-oriented, analytical, enthusiasm for learning with fluent communication and team spirit.


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources.


• A flexible, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.


• The ability to prioritize, organize, and balance short and long-term goals with a focus on the big picture.
