Join us and be part of our educational AI revolution!We are looking for a motivated People Intern or Working Student who will play an integral role in delivering an outstanding experience for our employees as well as candidates interested in joining Knowunity. You will join a People team of three and report directly to Lilian Berge, our Director People. 

Your mission will be to...  
Support our People team across our three key People pillars: Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and People Experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our People Operations by managing and maintaining employee records and data, responding to employee requests, and working on projects to design lean and efficient processes that help us minimize administrative overhead
  • Helping to build an excellent People Experience, through supporting our new joiner onboarding, planning company events, and ensuring that our office is vibrant and well-stocked
  • Assisting with tasks throughout the entire Talent Acquisition cycle, including sourcing top quality candidates for our open positions, screening incoming applications, managing candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), so that our hiring process runs smoothly and quickly and we deliver an outstanding candidate experience

  • You are studying or just finished a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

  • You are excited about the prospect of taking on responsibility and owning crucial tasks
  • You are a great communicator, with excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and German (native-level (C2)) 
  • You believe in the power of speed and execution and love to get your hands dirty
  • Bonus: Previous experience working in a startup or supporting a People department
