About the RoleWe are looking for a
People Operations Intern to join our growing People team at Aily Labs. This role will focus on building and scaling our People Analytics capabilities — helping us turn data into a strategic lever for growth, engagement and performance across the company.You will support the PeopleOps team in setting up our first complete analytics stack, ensuring that data flows seamlessly from systems to insights, and helping us track what truly matters: from headcount to talent density, from feedback cycles to growth metrics.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of

What You’ll Do- Support the design and build of People KPIs, dashboards and reports
- Help structure data from our HRS (Personio) and other systems
- Collaborate on strategic reporting for leadership forums (XCOM, Hub Leads)
- Analyze trends in feedback, promotion, turnover and engagement data
- Assist in setting up early-warning systems for talent risks (attrition, burnout)
- Work closely with the Organizational Excellence team to connect People and Business metrics
- Document processes and support the creation of the People Analytics playbook
What We Are Looking For- Strong interest and skills in data analysis and AI-driven decision making
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, basic data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Interest or experience in HR data, workforce planning or organizational analytics
- Curiosity about how organizations grow and develop talent
- Open mindset, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Good communication skills — ability to turn data into clear insights
- Nice to have: knowledge of Python, SQL or other basic data processing skills
- Bonus: familiarity with methodologies related to People Analytics or Organizational Science
- Must be business fluent in English
