Recruiting Intern

We're an AI-native recruiting platform working with top-tier startups in NYC and SF, many backed by A16z, Sequoia, and Y Combinator. Demand is effectively unlimited right now and we need motivated people who can get on the phone and make things happen.

No recruiting experience required. We'll show you how it works. A large portion of this role is cold calling and getting in contact with candidates, so you'll spend most of your time reaching out, building relationships, and moving people toward placements. You earn $5,000 for every successful placement with no cap. The more you connect, the more you close, the more you earn.

• Highly motivated and willing to spend a large part of the day cold calling and contacting people
• Comfortable picking up the phone and hearing no until you hear yes
• Self-directed and able to manage your own time
• Strong communicator (no recruiting experience needed)

• $5,000 per placement, uncapped (the work you put in is the money you make)
