At JEX, you make an impact from day one at a fast-growing AI company. As a Remote Sales Agent, you work fully remotely on following up warm, AI-generated leads for our AI sales agent. You turn interest into qualified sales meetings. With real ownership, flexible hours and performance-based bonuses, this role is built for growth.
Managing the sales inbox and following up warm, AI-generated inbound leads;
Conducting commercial conversations with companies in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany and Belgium;
Presenting and selling AI-driven sales solutions to B2B clients across Europe;
Identifying commercial opportunities and converting interest into concrete appointments;
Delivering measurable results and being rewarded directly for your performance.
You combine a bachelor’s or master’s degree with 0 to 16 hours of hands-on work per week;
You communicate fluently and convincingly in the language of your target market;
You ask the right questions, think commercially and stay resilient in sales conversations;
You work in a structured way, keep overview and thrive in a fully remote setup;
You are driven to grow — in skills, confidence and results.

An hourly wage between €10.00 and €15.00 (based on your experience, skills and potential);
