Job Title: HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquistion Intern

Location: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month + Incentives (3 months Internship)

Duration: 3 Months Internship (with opportunity to convert into full-time role)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic interviews.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up with clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain candidate database and trackers.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).

  
  


• 
  

  Support in daily HR/recruitment operations.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Good communication skills (written & verbal).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.

  
  


• 
  

  Interest in HR & recruitment as a career.

  
  


• 
  

  Fresher/Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred, but not mandatory).
