Job Description - Training Associate Internship (Learning & Development)
Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Training Associate Intern to support our Learning & Development initiatives. This internship is ideal for Psychology students who are interested in instructional design, employee development, talent management, and organizational learning.
The successful candidate will help develop engaging learning materials, organize training resources, and support training programs that enable employees and virtual professionals to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and updating training modules, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
Conduct research to support the creation of training content and best practices.
Organize and maintain learning materials and training documentation.
Help create quizzes, assessments, worksheets, and learning activities.
Support the design of onboarding and continuous learning programs.
Coordinate training schedules and administrative tasks as needed.
Gather learner feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve training content.
Perform other Learning & Development projects assigned by the team.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (preferred), Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent research and organizational abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or e-learning tools is an advantage.
Passion for learning, training, and employee development.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Candidate
BS Psychology student (preferred)
Interested in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources.
Has strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
