Looking for a fun summer job where you can interact with guests and stay busy? As a Retail Team Member at Enchanted Parks, you'll work in park shops helping guests find souvenirs, ringing up purchases, and keeping stores clean and stocked. This role is perfect for teens and young adults who enjoy customer service and working in a fast‑paced, exciting environment.

What You'll Do



  • Create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for guests

  • Greet guests as they enter the store or approach the register

  • Operate Point‑of‑Sale (POS) registers accurately

  • Keep sales areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked

  • Restock shelves, bins, and displays with new merchandise

  • Communicate clearly with your lead or supervisor

  • Assist with other retail tasks and locations as needed

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and guest‑friendly work environment


What We're Looking For



  • Minimum age: 16

  • Friendly attitude and strong communication skills

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stay active during shifts

  • Positive work ethic, professionalism, and enthusiasm

  • Strong teamwork skills and reliability


Other Duties


Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support retail and park operations.
