REVELxp is the exclusive tailgate and hospitality partner of University of Cincinnati Athletics. As part of our game day operations, REVELxp provides and manages premium field-level suites located behind the north end zone of Nippert Stadium—offering guests an unforgettable, close-up experience of Big XII football.

Our Hospitality Intern will be part of the game day team working directly within the premium suites area. Interns will serve as the face of REVELxp, delivering exceptional service and hospitality to every guest. Interns will report to the General Manager and play a key role in executing game day responsibilities.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the sports and hospitality industry while building a professional network and enjoying the excitement of college football.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive on-site 2.5–3.5 hours prior to kickoff for check-in and setup
• Conduct final suite preparations and quality control before guest arrival
• Greet and assist field suite guests as they arrive, guiding them to their suites and amenities
• Communicate suite policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the suite areas throughout the game
• Provide proactive, friendly, and attentive customer service from start to finish
• Assist in post-game breakdown, including equipment cleaning and storage
• Support General Manager and fellow staff members with suite operations
• Move and organize valuable inventory into storage post-event
• A typical hospitality shift lasts 7–8 hours, and a complimentary meal will be provided during the shift.

Requirements

 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be available to work at least 5 of the 7 home games (September 6 – November 22, 2025)
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends (primarily Saturdays)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-service driven
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, event-day environment
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about creating a great fan experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with equipment setup and breakdown
