As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion strategy while building a strong foundation in sales. Your primary focus will be on building the sales pipeline through targeted outreach, prospecting and qualifying outbound leads from small to mid-market companies, scheduling product demonstrations, and assisting with the initial client onboarding process. This role is critical to the business and you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to achieve an excellent customer experience while having a direct impact on our revenue and growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evangelize the Neighbor story to small businesses and commercial real estate owners.
- Build a quality sales pipeline through targeted outreach and industry research, primarily by effectively contacting cold leads.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations and appointments, a key performance area with bonus opportunities.
- Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle follow-through.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client success.
Qualifications
- Currently Enrolled: Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2029.
