Revolutionize the understanding of the brain through new personalized neuromodulation therapies, anywhere and at any time.We are seeking a Sales Internship to join our team and assist with various administrative tasks, procurement processes, and event coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, verifying quotations, processing purchase orders, and also ensuring seamless communication with event organizers for corporate events and meetings.
Assist in administering the ERP system by updating and managing data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Support the verification of quotations received from customers and assist in processing purchase orders in compliance with organizational policies.
Help monitor the progress of purchase orders and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Assist in coordinating corporate events, meetings, and conferences by liaising with event organizers.
Communicate with event vendors regarding requirements, pricing, and logistics under supervision.
Support negotiations with event vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality services.
Track event preparations and logistics, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place for successful execution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate their participation and support in events.
Assist in evaluating event success and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Proven experience in sales administrative roles, preferably with exposure to ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
Effective communication and negotiation skills for liaising with suppliers and event organizers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP software (experience with specific ERP systems is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
