SALT COMPANY RESIDENCY CANDIDATE

We are looking for a driven and teachable female Salt Company Resident to set the pace and empower students to execute the vision of Salt Company, our ministry to college students. The candidate would be someone who senses a calling into vocational ministry and loves to reach and disciple college students. The ideal candidate has experience reaching the next generation, excels in administration, has experience in planning events, and is willing to take on multiple tasks/projects at once. In general, you geek out about helping college students know and follow Jesus, seeing all of the details of a plan come together, and deepening your understanding of God’s word through a formal theological education. 

CURRENT SALT COMPANY MINISTRY

We launched Salt Company in the fall of 2017, a college ministry of Keystone Church, with the clear vision of helping DMACC students know and follow Jesus. Since then, we have seen 150+ professions of faith, 100+ baptisms, and countless students equipped to live a life of knowing and following Jesus wherever God leads them. God is on the move here, and we believe it’s only the beginning. Each Thursday we gather at 8pm to worship and hear a message from the Bible, and throughout the week we gather in small groups to foster deep connection with Jesus and friendship with one another.

KEYSTONE CHURCH

Keystone Church of Ankeny is a dynamically growing church in the fast-growing city of Ankeny, Iowa (a northern Suburb of Des Moines). We are a 5-year-old church averaging around 1,500 on Sunday morning. We are elder led, preach through books of the Bible, and take our mission to help people know and follow Jesus very seriously.
