We are looking for a talented School to Work to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

• Drive operational excellence by partnering with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to collect, validate, and analyze data that supports strategic global parts return initiatives
• Improve process consistency and compliance by developing, maintaining, and enhancing work instructions, standard operating procedures, and documentation for Parts Return Center operations. 
• Strengthen organizational knowledge transfer through the creation of clear training materials, process maps, and standardized work documentation. 
• Identify performance trends, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, quality, and customer service outcomes. 
• Transform complex supply chain and operational data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. 
• Influence business outcomes by presenting data-driven recommendations, project updates, and key findings to global teams and logistics leadership.

• Support data governance, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure reliable records, standardized processes, and sustainable operational success.

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

Must be at least 16 years of age

Must be a high school junior or senior, college or university
