Short-Term Temporary (SMLP)

The SMLP Student Co‑Teacher supports instruction for Introduction to Innovation and Social Innovators courses with classroom activities, student engagement, and project‑based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with facilitation of group discussions, workshops, and hands‑on projects.
• Provide guidance and feedback to students during collaborative and individual work.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Support classroom management and instructional logistics as needed.
• Serve as a role model and mentor to participating students.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED OR current or recent SMLP student in good standing required.
• Familiarity with innovation, design thinking, or social impact concepts.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with youth learners in a classroom setting.
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable.
