SkillBridge Internship -Maintainer Instructor Support (Remote, Secret Clearance)

Overview:
First Division Consulting is offering a SkillBridge Internship opportunity for a transitioning service member to shadow and support our Maintainer Instructor team. This developmental role provides exposure to sustainment-level training operations for Aviation Command and Control (AC2) systems within the MAGTF C2 portfolio. Interns will observe instruction, assist with curriculum updates, and contribute to non-deliverable tasks that enhance their transition into a civilian defense training or logistics career..

Key Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities:

• Shadow instructors delivering remote and on-site maintenance training on AC2 systems.
• Assist with updating curriculum documentation, training aids, and technical manuals.
• Observe demonstrations of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Participate in internal working groups related to training development and planning.

• Gain insight into the instructional design process, including job task analysis and test package development.

• Completion of a Formal School Instructor Course or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Marine Corps or Navy maintenance practices, especially MACCS or CAC2S systems.
• Familiarity with tactical network systems such as Link 16, JREAP, and Cisco-based infrastructure.
• Understanding of electromagnetic spectrum principles and their application in C2 systems.
• Active Secret security clearance.
