Social Media & Event Coordinator Intern

About the Role:
Prime Secured, a leading B2B technology provider, is looking for a resourceful and creative intern who’s eager to jump in and make an impact in supporting both our social media efforts and event coordination. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media and event planning—two fast-paced and exciting areas of marketing.

You’ll help us create and schedule engaging content, work alongside our team and third-party marketing partners, and play a key role in organizing and promoting events like lunch & learns, happy hours, and our annual Secure & Connect Technology Conference on July 30th.

Requirements

 What You’ll Do:

• Assist in writing and developing social media content and graphics that aligns with our brand voice.
• Take the lead on scheduling posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Collaborate on content ideas including short-form videos (Reels, Shorts).
• Work with marketing partners to post content from our Podcast and YouTube Show.
• Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Help coordinate and execute events—vendor booking, logistics, promotion, and on-site support.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.

Who You Are:

• A strong communicator with a creative eye for digital content.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Passionate about social media trends and event planning.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Adobe CC.
