Summary:

We are seeking a social media-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and digital content creation, while also providing opportunities to support broader brand marketing initiatives in a dynamic, pet-friendly environment.

Internship anticipated to occur in May, 2025 through August, 2025.

What You'll Do:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.

• Supports social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, BlueSky, LinkedIn and others
• Assists in influencer marketing efforts, including identifying and sourcing potential influencers, conducting outreach, coordinating content creation, organizing and managing asset management and performance tracking
• Monitors social trends and influencer activity to identify potential collaborations and new opportunities
• Helps execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth
• Conducts campaign and partnership research to support influencer and social strategies
• Supports the Brand Marketing team in additional initiatives, including but not limited to campaign  support, capturing notes and action items
• Will perform additional responsibilities when required 

What You'll Bring:

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, digital media, public relations, or a related field
• Junior or Senior level academic experience 
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
• Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
• A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
• Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs) 

Not Required but Nice to Have!

• Previous internship experience 
• Content creation experience (filming, graphic design, or video editing a plus!)
