Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Editing
• Capture high-quality video and photo content of sermons, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit footage into reels, sermon clips, YouTube segments, and promotional content
• Ensure content is edited with excellence, aligned with the church’s tone, and optimized for digital engagement
• Production & Deliverables
• Assist in pre-production planning and post-production workflows
• Produce weekly digital deliverables for Sunday recap posts, Bible study highlights, and leadership moments
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency
• Social Media Management
• Draft and schedule engaging content for the Lead Pastor’s social platforms
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments when appropriate
• Track performance insights and trends
• Offer creative ideas for growing audience reach and engagement in a faith-forward, culturally relevant way
• Team Support
• Attend media team meetings, planning sessions, and special events when required
• Support photo/video needs during Sunday worship and weekday programming
• Stay current with social trends, platform updates, and church storytelling innovations
