Job Brief: Social Media Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in managing various social media platforms, crafting engaging content, creating effective ads, and driving traffic to our online presence. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of social media marketing while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate content for our company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Quora, and more.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, such as graphics, videos, and written posts, to engage our target audience.
- Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns on different platforms to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Monitor social media trends, discussions, and user engagement, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new and creative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics of social media campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate and foster online interactions, responses, and discussions to drive traffic and enhance community engagement.

Skills Required:
- Strong familiarity with various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, etc.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising principles and practices.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree In India.
2. Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
3. Knowldge of Canva or other graphic designing softwares.
4. Strong Interest in social media marketing and AI tools.
5. Active on Social Media.
