This paid internship in Chapel Hill, NC, is designed to give students real exposure to the Property & Casualty insurance industry – not just shadowing, but meaningful, hands-on work. Those who excel will be considered for full-time opportunities with Berylline Insurance Group or other affiliates after graduation.

• Legal & Insurance Contracts
• Operations & Policy Lifecycle
• Regulatory & Compliance
• Reinsurance
• Technology & Policy Administration Systems

PROGRAM SNAPSHOT

• On-site, Monday – Friday, in Chapel Hill, NC
• 32 hours per week for 9 weeks (June 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026) 
• $30 per hour

• Enrolled college students at a 2-year or 4-year college/university
• Interest in exploring various careers in specialty insurance
• Curious, passionate, and motivated students
