Overview:
ERA’s Strategic Communications Internship program is designed to help social-justice minded, creative, and social media-savvy undergraduate students explore career avenues in communications, digital marketing, social media, and content creation in the nonprofit space. We are seeking to host two (2) Strategic Communications Interns this summer.
What You Will Do:
You will learn from, shadow, and collaborate on projects with ERA’s Strategic Communications Team. Taking into account your strengths and areas of interest, as well as our team’s needs, learning opportunities and project focus may include: social media content creation, digital marketing trends monitoring, graphic design, digital communications data collection and analysis, communications campaign strategy, event planning/support, presenting information to stakeholders, and/or narrative shifting through community storytelling.

Hours, Location, and Compensation:
The internship will run for approximately 10 weeks from Mid-June to Mid-August. Interns must be willing to work 15 to 20 hours per week. The internship may be fully remote anywhere within the United States, but preference will be given to those who can work a hybrid work schedule in or near San Francisco.
This is an unpaid internship. You will be eligible to receive monthly reimbursement for cell phone expenses for the duration of the internship.
