The Role

We’re looking for a TikTok-obsessed Fitness Content Intern who loves movement, is comfortable on camera, and is excited to create high-volume, high-energy content for our STRONG Pilates brand. This role is hands-on and creator-led, with a strong focus on filming, editing, and posting daily TikTok content that showcases fitness, lifestyle, and the energy of our brand. You’ll be both behind and in front of the camera—bringing workouts, fitness tips, trends, and studio moments to life. 

This internship is designed to give you hands-on, real-world experience supporting social media engagement, content creation, and brand storytelling for a nationally recognized boutique fitness concept. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and social teams, contribute to live projects, and build a portfolio that reflects your impact. We’re a growing fitness and wellness brand focused on movement, strength, and community. Our mission is to make fitness feel empowering, accessible, and motivating—both in and out of the studio. TikTok is a key growth channel for us, and short-form video plays a huge role in how we connect with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Create and post 2-3 TikTok videos per day


• Appear on camera demonstrating workouts, movement, or fitness lifestyle content


• Create videos that capture attention for up an up-and-coming Pilates fitness concept


• Film and edit short-form videos 


• Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and fitness content formats


• Capture authentic behind-the-scenes, workout, and community moments


• Collaborate with the team and iterate based on performance and engagement


• Come up with new creative hooks to test daily

What We’re looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field


• Must have 10,000+ followers on TikTok


• Strong on-camera presence and video storytelling skills


• Ability to create engaging, high-quality TikTok videos aligned with our brand


• Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines


• Passion for fitness, wellness, and social media


• Strong understanding of TikTok culture and short-form video trends


• Energetic, creative, and self-motivated


• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok, or similar tools)


• Background in fitness, group classes, athletics, or wellness is a plus


• Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio locations

Program Details 

• Schedule: Part-time (flexible based on school requirements) 


• Duration: Contract 12-16 weeks (with potential extension) 


• Location: Hybrid / Remote with occasional in-studio support (location dependent)
