Student Associate - Summer Work Program 2026

Summary

We are seeking motivated college students for summer-only employment with opportunities available both in our branch network as tellers and across several back-office departments at our Corporate Campus in Cleveland. These positions provide valuable hands-on experience in the financial services industry while supporting our teams during the busy summer months. This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience, develop workplace skills, and explore career paths in banking and corporate operations.

Branch Opportunities

Students in the branches will be trained as tellers and will work directly with customers to support daily branch operations. Responsibilities may include:

• Processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, etc.


• Delivering friendly, professional customer service


• Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accuracy


• Assisting with basic account inquiries and maintenance


• Traveling between branch locations as needed

Corporate Opportunities

Students assigned to the corporate campus will support internal teams across departments such as Loan Services, Loan Processing, Mail Services, etc. Location: 7007 Broadway Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105. Responsibilities may include:

• Administrative and operational support tasks


• Data entry and document preparation


• Assisting with department projects and reports


• Working with internal systems and processes


• Collaborating with team members in a professional office environment

Employment Details

• All roles are fully onsite


• All roles are full time – approximately 35-40 hours per week


• Duration: temporary, summer employment only. Start and end dates are determined based on school schedules/pre-planned vacations


• Summer associates are not eligible for benefits

• Must be actively enrolled in a college/university


• Access to reliable transportation to and from work


• Outstanding customer service skills


• Professional demeanor and positive attitude


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to learn systems and follow procedures
