What is a Student Behavior Analyst Candidate?

• Has a master’s degree in a BACB-approved field

• Completed all required ABA coursework

• Is planning to sit for the BCBA exam within one year of starting

• Has completed and successfully passed Virginia's background check registry

What You’ll Do:

• Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers

• Collect and analyze data to guide progress

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals

• Attend team meetings and receive structured supervision

• Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant
