As a University with a calling, we welcome the unique gifts that each of our employees brings to our collective work, and we are committed to supporting our students as they seek to match those gifts with the needs of the University and our larger community.
Student employment with Augsburg is more than a job - it is an opportunity for Augsburg students to gain meaningful work experience in a supportive setting that promotes professional growth, personal accountability, teamwork, collaboration and quality work that lives up to our mission of educating students to be informed citizens, thoughtful stewards, critical thinkers, and responsible leaders.

The Riverside Innovation Hub (RIH) and the Sabo Center for Citizenship and Democracy (Sabo), in collaboration with the Brian Coyle Center, are seeking to hire two students for the 2026 spring academic year. This position is scheduled to work 10 and 20 hours a week respectively.
This collaboration aims to support the Brian Coyle Center’s basic needs programs – primarily the food shelf – and other programs as needed (youth programs and public health).

RIH invites Christian congregations to imagine their own thriving as intimately tied to the thriving of their local community. RIH orients people’s curiosity and sense of call to be rooted in God’s vision of flourishing for all, understood through the specific realities of the local community and in relationship with local neighbors.
The Brian Coyle Center is among the city’s busiest social service centers with a continuum of programs designed around the neighborhood’s rapidly changing immigrant communities.
