Student Employee - Digital Content Creation Program TA

We are seeking a highly organized and accountable Teaching Assistant to support the Digital Content Creation program. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the program's daily operations, facilitate communication between adjunct teachers and the program chair, and contribute to the overall success of our students.

This position allows for flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to work up to 19 hours per week. The exact number of hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Program Chair in organizing and maintaining his schedule, including class timings, meetings, and events;
• Help adjunct teachers in grading assignments, providing timely feedback to students, and maintaining accurate records of grades;
• Track assignments and grading for adjunct teachers, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly;
• Act as a point of contact between adjunct teachers and the program chair, facilitating effective communication and collaboration;
• Assist students with inquiries related to coursework, assignments, and program requirements;
• Provide support in digital content creation, including familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing materials for classes, maintaining program documentation, and organizing events or workshops.
